Willfe is a very experienced non league manager and took over at Nissan in 2002-2003 season when the club were in the 2nd division.
He is no stranger to controversy and is regularily mis qouted by the media. Each season the club has progressed from winning promotion to the 1st division to now challenging for honours.
Willfe has his principals that any team he manages must work hard and play fast attacking football. Its no secret his favourite player is Gavin Cogden and Willfe gives every player who plays for him the confidence to express themselves and play football the right way.
